The vast majority of aquaculture careers in Mowi are directly related to the raising, harvesting and processing of Atlantic salmon. There are various production roles following the life cycle of the fish. Staff may begin their aquaculture careers in entry-level positions and advance to supervisory or management roles through on the job training and development programs.
