Boulogne-sur-Mer, our flagship to process fresh salmon and many white fish species, as well as pack breaded products Dunkerque, to elaborate premium frozen or refreshed ranges of value-added products such as canapés, tartars, carpaccio and paupiettes.
Cuisery, to slice and pack smoked salmon and smoked trout Châteaulin, to offer varied delicatessen products such as terrines, spreadables and specialties
