In June 2010 we opened our Narita processing plant. The year after in 2011 our Headquarters was relocated to Tsukiji. Our Osaka branch was established in Shin-Osaka in 2012. in February 2013 we opened our Kansai, and in June 2014 we opened a second plant in Narita.
By controlling the entire process in-house, minimum handling is possible. Realized cost reduction, environmental consideration and safety assurance. We introduced a group-wide management system and obtained international certification.
The packaging at our own factory in Japan enables flexible response to customer needs. In the future, we will further advance high value-added product processing.
Based on the idea of speed = freshness, it can be processed and delivered in fresh condition, so it is possible to provide salmon that is stable in color and texture. Achieve a lean supply of salmon more continuously.
