Our high-tech production department in Bruges specializes in the processing of fresh fish. Every day on our automated lines we process and package various freshly landed species with the greatest care for quality, both for our retail and foodservice customers.
The Ostend site was founded in 1924 and has a long tradition and expertise in the production of top quality smoked salmon.
