Salmon burger with radish, samphire and sweet and sour mayonnaise

Ingredients

For 10 people:

10 salmon burgers natural
10 burger buns
1/4 rammanas, grated
150g washed fresh glasswort
50g mayonnaise
50g chili sauce

Preparation
  1. Make a sauce with the mayonnaise and chili sauce.
  2. Bake the salmon burgers in the oven or pan.
  3. Toast the bun’s.
  4. Top the salmon burgers with the chili mayonnaise, the samphire and the radish.

Serve and eat well!
