Salmon with roasted peppers and turmeric rice

Ingredients

For 10 people:

10 salmon servings
2 red chili peppers
1/10 bone of coriander
2g smoked paprika
150ml peanut oil
500g rice
1l vegetable stock
1.5kg peppers 3 colors (coarse)
50ml olive oil
10g sesame seeds (white and black)
100ml good olive oil
25ml lime juice
25g honey
turmeric
salt and pepper

Preparation

Rub the gastronorms with some grease and place the salmon portions on them. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers and chop coarsely. Combine the chilies, smoked paprika, cilantro, pepper, salt and olive oil and mix together. Rub the salmon portions with it.
Bake the salmon portions for 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C. Add the rice together with the vegetable stock and turmeric and steam for 20 minutes. Let rest for another 10 minutes.
Mix the bell pepper mixture together with the olive oil, pepper and salt. Fry for 5 minutes at 200°C. Stir the bell pepper mixture and add a mixture of white and black sesame seeds. Now bake for another 4 to 5 minutes. Mix together the good olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt and pepper. Arrange everything nicely on a plate and top with the lime oil.

Serve and enjoy your meal!
