Orzo pasta with smoked salmon

Ingredients

Slices of smoked salmon
Chicken broth
Full cream
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Sliced mushrooms
Orzo pasta
Baby spinach
Olive oil
Tomatoes
Capers
Radish

Preparation
  1. Stir broth, whole cream, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large skillet
  2. Add mushrooms and orzo pasta, cover and bring to a boil over high heat
  3. Stir in spinach, reduce heat to low, cover with lid
  4. Cook until orzo is soft and sauce thickens.
  5. Mix the salmon slices, tomatoes, capers and thinly sliced radishes into the pasta and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
