Pizza with smoked salmon

Smoked salmon
Pizza base
Olive oil
Garlic cloves
Crushed tomatoes
Tomato puree
Mixed herbs
Mozzarella cheese
Cherry tomatoes
Capers
Red onion
Basil
Arugula
Creme fraiche or sour cream
Lemon

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 230°C.
  2. For the sauce, heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic, add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and herbs.
    Simmer until sauce thickens and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay out your pizza crust, spread the sauce and leave a border for the crust. Sprinkle the mozzarella on top and arrange the cherry tomatoes on top. Bake the pizza until the cheese melts and the bottom is crisp.
  4. Mix together crème fraîche/sour cream, lemon zest and juice.
  5. Remove the pizza from the oven, top with salmon, capers, sliced red onion, arugula and basil, and finish by drizzling the lemon cream on top.
