Salmon with asparagus & lemon-garlic butter sauce

Salmon fillets
Asparagus
Salt and pepper
Butter
Olive oil
Garlic
Lemon

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C and brush your baking dish with oil, butter or baking spray.
  2. Place the salmon on one side of the tray and the asparagus on the other. Sprinkle everything with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the oil, garlic, lemon zest and juice in a small skillet over medium-high heat until the butter is melted.
  4. Drizzle the butter mixture over the salmon and asparagus.
  5. Continue cooking until the salmon is done, about 15 minutes.

Serve and eat well!
