Background: Currently employed by Seatankers Services (UK) LLP and serves as director of SFL Corporation Ltd, Norwegian Property ASA and Axactor SE. Previous directorships include Seadrill Ltd, Golar LNG Limited, Frontline Ltd and Deep Sea Supply.

Geveran Trading Co. Limited is indirectly controlled by trusts established by Mr. John Fredriksen for the benefit of his immediate family, including Kathrine Fredriksen. These trusts are discretionary and the discretionary beneficiaries, including Kathrine Fredriksen, can only potentially benefit if the trustee exercises its powers. As such, Kathrine Fredriksen has no absolute entitlement to the trust assets and thus disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares of Mowi’s common stock owned by Geveran Trading Co. Limited, except to the extent of her voting and dispositive interests in such shares of common stock (if any). Kathrine Fredriksen has no pecuniary interest in such shares except as a discretionary beneficiary of the trusts referenced above.

Education: An intermediate degree in History from the University of Oslo and a bachelor’s degree from the Norwegian College of Fishery Science, and has also studied finance at BI and innovation at INSEAD.
Background: Extensive leadership experience from the aquaculture industry, including roles as General Manager at Helgelandstorsk and Vigner Olaisen AS, as well as Deputy Mayor of Lurøy Municipality. She has worked in project development at Kystinkubatoren and served as Head of Biology at Nova Sea. She has significant board experience, including long-standing board service and later Chair of the Board at Nova Sea. She has also contributed to national industry policy through participation in the Tveterås and Pedersen NOU committees.
