As part of our commitment, we have introduced a variety of measures and policies, including mandatory training on diversity and equal rights. We have also launched our global diversity and inclusion programme which encompasses three strategic areas:

Mandatory training on equal opportunities, non-discrimination and personal bias remains integral to the onboarding programme of every employee.
Our annual Diversity Day highlights the importance and the benefits that diversity brings to us all. With a focus on celebrating the differences that make each of us unique, our employees around the world are encouraged to review and reflect on how we each take responsibility for ensuring our workplace is equitable and inclusive.
