Global Employee Engagement Survey

This year, more than 9,000 employees around the world took the time to share their feedback, representing a response rate of 78%.

Our Global Employee Engagement Survey is conducted every two years and serves as a valuable tool for Mowi to evaluate our performance as an employer and gain insights into the key factors influencing employee engagement and enablement.

This survey helps us understand what’s working well and where we can keep building, by encouraging honest, open conversation across the business.

The results reflect real pride in what our people do every day:

• 8 out of 10 employees believe Mowi is a great place to work
• 8 out of 10 employees are proud to work for Mowi
• 8 out of 10 employees feel they’re part of a team
• 8 out of 10 employees feel their work contributes to Mowi’s success

These numbers matter to us because they come from the people who make Mowi what it is every day, everywhere we operate.

Alongside what’s going well, the survey also points to where we have work to do. Our local management teams work together with employees and employee representatives to review the results, allowing us to define how this knowledge can be used for improvement.

To make sure this isn’t just a message shared externally, we’ve also brought the results directly to our people through posters displayed across our sites, on the farms, in the factories, and in the offices. Built around the theme “Your voice. Our action. Real change.”, they set out what we’re doing well and what we’re working on. It’s a simple way of keeping the conversation visible in the places where our people actually work, not just on a screen.

An engagement survey is only valuable if it leads to action. We’re committed to listening to what our people have told us, learning from it, and following through with real change, not just this year, but as an ongoing conversation between Mowi and the people who work here.
