Mowi Executive Programme

At Mowi, our goal is to empower our future leaders by building a learning culture that enhances career opportunities for our employees.

In 2021, we proudly launched the Mowi Executive Programme in collaboration with the prestigious Harvard Business School, aimed at developing senior leaders for the future.

Managers from all parts of the value chain participated and had the opportunity throughout the programme to access curated content, engage with Harvard Business School thought leaders and faculty in live sessions, and apply learnings to their work. The programme ran digitally, which proved highly successful and effective. It enabled managers to maintain high attendance and engagement and effectively obtain leadership skills.
