Salmon, asparagus & lemon-garlic butter sauce

One tray. Six ingredients. 15 minutes. It couldn’t be easier to make this healthy salmon and asparagus dinner with lemon-garlic butter sauce tonight.

Ingredients

Salmon fillets
Asparagus
Salt and pepper
Butter
Olive oil
Garlic
Lemon

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 190C (375F) and coat your baking tray with cooking spray.
  2. Place the salmon on one side of the tray and the asparagus on the other. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat oil, garlic, lemon zest and juice in a small skillet over medium heat until the butter is melted. Drizzle the butter mixture over the salmon and asparagus.
  4. Bake until the salmon is cooked, around 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
