Salmon, asparagus & lemon-garlic butter sauce
One tray. Six ingredients. 15 minutes. It couldn’t be easier to make this healthy salmon and asparagus dinner with lemon-garlic butter sauce tonight.
Salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 190C (375F) and coat your baking tray with cooking spray.
- Place the salmon on one side of the tray and the asparagus on the other. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil, garlic, lemon zest and juice in a small skillet over medium heat until the butter is melted. Drizzle the butter mixture over the salmon and asparagus.
- Bake until the salmon is cooked, around 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
