Salmon fillets
Lemon dill butter
1 cup cooked rice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise
1 tsp sriracha
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup kimchi
1 packet of roasted seaweed sheets

  1. Add the butter and the salmon to an air fryer for 10 mins at 200°C
  2. Dice half of the avocado
  3. Once the salmon is cooked, use a fork to flake it
  4. Top the salmon with cooked rice and add the soy sauce
  5. Mix everything well and top the mix with the kewpie mayonnaise, sriracha, and the diced avocado
  6. Enjoy with a side of kimchi and roasted seaweed, using the seaweed sheets to pick up each bite
